U FOURIE V RBP: Discovery tout former RBP client for their proxy attorneys who instituted vexatious action against RBP attorney P Farraj.
Judgement handed down dismissing action together with an adverse costs order against Fourie amounting to hundreds of thousand of Rands. The same attorneys incited another RBP client Mrs Steyn to instruct them into launching a hopeless attack against RBP which was dismissed both in the Johannesburg High Court, as also in the Supreme Court of Appeal.
